As most people have heard by now, Josh Barnett is the major heavyweight that DREAM is going to be booking for their late March show, but is still without an opponent.
Tim Sylvia has turned down a fight with Josh Barnett and will instead fight Wes Sims in Canada because Iowa refuses to license the fight, and on top of that, he is apparently fighting Mariusz Pudzianowski in Massachusetts.
Sylvia's road to recovery is apparently taking easy fights in hopes of being signed to UFC again.

Strikeforce middleweight Luke Rockhold is the latest name announced for EA Sports MMA.
Rockhold is on a 6-fight win streak, including a TKO victory last night over Paul Bradley at Strikeforce Challengers VI.
He joins Randy Couture, Fedor Emilianenko, Bobby Lashley and many more on the game's roster.

WEC officials believe that the next two cards they run will be the most successful in company history.
They're expecting a strong gate for WEC 47 next weekend in Columbus, and WEC 48 (the pay per view show with Aldo vs. Faber and Henderson vs. Cerrone 2) in Sacramento is expected to be the largest gate in company history.
They're projecting over 15,000 tickets sold for that one, and it's likely they'll hit the target given that Faber is going for the title in his home town and it also has an extremely sta

Fedor Emelianenko will not fight on the Strikeforce card in April, says M-1 Global.
At a pre-fight press conference Thursday for Friday's M-1 Selection Eastern European event in St. Petersburg, Russia, M-1 Global told TV 100 that Fedor's next fight will still be against Fabricio Werdum, but in May.
This would mean that Fedor will not be competing on the yet to be announced Strikeforce on CBS (or possibly Showtime) card, as previously expected, and would put an end to rumors of him fighting Alistair Ov

One report states that Strikeforce will run an event in Nashville, Tennessee on 4/17 with Jake Shields vs. Dan Henderson as the main event, along with Bobby Lashley (and Herschel Walker?) on the fight card.
Fedor is not expected to appear at the event.
Henderson vs. Shields should be fine and I don't see how Fedor on the fight card would have been a huge plus.
